Paying a Practitioner

The Practitioner Income Report calculates a practitioner's income within a specified period, at each practice location.

This report can be used to pay practitioners on the received amount, invoiced amount or paid invoices.

Accessing the Practitioner Income Report:

The Practitioner Income Report can be found under Reporting in the main menu.

  • Set the date range by selecting a predefined date or enter a date range.

  • Select the Practice.

  • Make a selection from the Calculate Income field.

View Income:

  • Click on a practitioner's name to view the individual invoices and transactions which have contributed to the totals.

  • Click Back to go back to the list of practitioners.

Calculating a Practitioner's Pay:

- From the *Shared Transactions* section, locate the total amount of the **Practitioner's Proportion** (last column).

- From the *General Transactions* section, locate the total amount of the **Account Credits** (invoices paid with past deposits) and the **Payments** (last column).

Payments + Account Credits + Practitioner's Proportion.

Shared Transactions:

For transactions of invoices that have more than one recipient (practitioners, products & deposits).

- To get the practitioner's total within a period,

General Transactions:

For transactions of invoices that have only one recipient.
