Teams are used in Principle to organise your staff into groups to make communicating and allocating jobs easier.
When creating Tasks, a Team can be marked as the assignee rather than an individual and every member of that team will be notified.
Settings > Brand > Teams
Create teams and then allocate the appropriate staff from the Teams Page in settings:
Teams are useful in a variety of places throughout principle such as:
Creating Meetings or other events.
Allocating Tasks.
Allocating Lab jobs.
Restricting access to Custom Reports.
