Principle includes built-in communication tools that allow your team to communicate efficiently with both patients and other staff members directly within the Principle.
The Conversations feature manages patient communication through two-way SMS messaging, while Team Chats allows internal communication between staff members and teams.
Using both features together helps Practices streamline communication, improve visibility, and ensure important information is kept within Principle rather than across multiple external platforms.
