The Conversations page allows you to:
Search through existing conversations.
Filter conversations by status.
Assign conversations to staff members.
Click on the patients name to navigate to their profile.
Mark the conversation as Unread to increase its visibility.
Close a conversation.
Mass-select conversations.
Search though your patients to start a new conversation.
View of currently filtered conversations.
Message field to compose SMS

Conversations can be started from a patients profile and all conversations will be recorded on the patients profile in their interaction timeline. Use the filters to refine the results displayed on the interaction timeline.
