Overview
The Fixed Price Dental integration allows your Principle workspace to accept online bookings directly from Fixed Price Dental, Australia's dental marketplace where patients can search, compare, and book dental treatments based on transparent, upfront pricing.
Once connected, appointments made through Fixed Price Dental are automatically created in your Principle Timeline using your live calendar availability. There's no need for manual appointment entry or managing a separate booking system.

Before You Begin
Before connecting your account, you'll need to:
Create a Fixed Price Dental practice listing.
Add the treatments you'd like to offer.
Set your fixed pricing for each treatment.
Setting Up the Integration
Step 1: Create your Fixed Price Dental listing
If you don't already have an account, complete the onboarding process using this link: https://app.fixeddental.com.au/onboarding?ref=principle
Step 2: Configure your treatments
Within Fixed Price Dental, add the treatments you wish to advertise and set your pricing. Patients browsing the marketplace will be able to compare your pricing with other participating practices before booking.
Step 3: Connect to Principle
Once your listing has been created, connect your Fixed Price Dental account to Principle.
After connecting:
Your live Principle calendar availability is shared with Fixed Price Dental.
Patients can only book those available appointment times.
New bookings are automatically added to your Principle Timeline.
Your team can continue managing appointments in Principle exactly as they do today.
How It Works
A patient searches for a dental treatment on Fixed Price Dental.
They compare clinics and pricing.
They select your practice and choose an available appointment time.
The appointment is automatically created in your Principle Timeline.
Your team manages the appointment within Principle as normal.
