You can interact with or access the contact details of any of your Labs under the Labs section in Principle. Labs is your communications tool for the labs you conduct business with.
You can add new labs by clicking on the Create Lab button on the top right of the page, or search for existing labs using the search bar function.
All labs are available for view as you scroll down the page.
Once you click into a lab name, you'll be able to email them direct from Principle or leave call notes by clicking the call button.
When you click into a lab profile, you'll be able to access more information through the tabs.
Contacts
Here you can add the contact details of a specific team member of a lab. Oftentimes, you will associate with many people from one lab and so you will need their direct number or email. You can create members, call, sms and email directly from here.
Note: The contact details will be added to the contact list within Principle.
History
You'll be able to see all emails that have been sent to the lab in this section.
