How to change the Practice on an Invoice

Invoices are automatically generated when a patient is going through the checkout workflow or can be created in the Patient's Account tab if the invoice is not connected to an appointment.

  • Click into the Invoice

  • Under the 'From' heading, click on the existing practice name to reveal a drop-down menu. Select the correct practice.

Remember - Practices will need to be configured beforehand to be shown in the drop-down menu.
