If a task must be completed in relation to a treatment, you'll want to configure generated tasks. These are the kind of tasks that are often completed after the appointment such as the Post-Op/Follow up Call after Invasive Treatment.
Once the appointment has ended, the task will automatically generate at the appropriate time. For example: a task for Follow Up Phone Call will show up 1 day after the patient's extraction in the Reception team's task list.
Practitioners can configure the 'Post-op phone call' and other tasks to automatically generate when that treatment type is booked for an appointment.
Practically configuring tasks will look like this:
Assuming Post Op Call task is configured to Extractions:
The day after an Extraction, Principle will automatically generate a 'Post-op phone call' task and have it assigned to the Reception team.
βEveryone on the Reception team will be notified of the new task within Principle.
βOne person from the Reception team will go to the Tasks tab, and change the Assignee to themselves. They will be responsible for completing that task.
