Invite users into your Principle workspace by following the tutorial below. Once invited, users will need to activate their accounts via the email sent in Step 3 to access Principle.
In the main menu click Settings then find the Workspace heading. Click Users. Note: you will need the appropriate permissions to access this section of the menu.
Click the Invite button and a pop-up will appear.
Enter the full name and email of the user and then click the Invite button. This will send an email to the user. Note: these invite emails expires after 6 hours, if the user doesn't accept the invite within this time it will need to be resent by opening the User from the User's page and clicking Resend Invite.

Giving permissions and access to Users:
It is essential that a users Role and Practice Access are set as soon as the Invite email is sent. User without a Role or Practice selected will not be able to log in.
From the Users Page, click a User's name.
Ensure 'Is Enabled' is toggled on to give the user access. Toggle it off, to disable the user.
Tick the Role(s) that apply to this user. These Roles dictate which Permissions are granted to the User. Roles can be Created and their permissions set from Settings > Workspace > Roles.
Ensure the appropriate Brand and Practice are selected under Access. Users can be added to multiple Brands and Practices if applicable.
Choose to upload a profile picture
Click Save to save any changes.
If an Invite Email expires before a user can log in, the email can be resent from here.
