Once you have been invited as a User to your Principle workspace, you'll need to activate your Principle account. This article will explain the activation process.

Activate your Principle account
Gmail email address
Head to: https://app.principle.dental/login
βIn the Sign In section, click Sign in with Google to activate your Principle account.
βA pop-up sign-in window will appear. Sign in to your Gmail account using your Gmail email address and password.
Once signed in, the page should navigate to the Principle home screen.
If you land on the Not Authorised page, simply click refresh and sign in again.

Select your practice location.
Your Principle account has been activated.
Any other email address (Non-Gmail)
You should have received an email to activate your Principle account - don't forget to check your Junk Box!

Open the Email and follow the prompts to:
Verify your email address
Set a password
Once you have completed these steps, your Principle account is officially activated and you'll be able to sign in to Principle at app.principle.dental.
If you land on the Not Authorised page, simply click refresh and sign in again.
Resend an Invitation
If you are having issues with activating your Principle account, this could be due to the activation link expiring in the email. The Principle activation link only lasts 6 hours from the time it was sent.
You can resend the invitation with a new activation email link by following the steps below:
Click Users.
Note: you will need the appropriate permissions to access this section of the menu.Click on the User's name.
Click on the "Resend Invitation" button at the bottom-right corner of the page.
Be sure to wait for the confirmation text box at the bottom of the page that reads: "Invitation Email Sent".
Follow the instructions for "Any other email address" (above) to activate.
