Your Principle account comes with a set of default conditions accessible in the Condition Configurations section of the main menu.
We recommend looking through these conditions to make sure they are set up to your liking as well as to add in any other conditions you'd like to include.
Searching through Existing Conditions Configurations
From the main menu, click Condition Configurations
You can search through all existing conditions by scrolling through the pages using the arrows on the bottom right or by searching for specific condition names in the search bar.
If the condition doesn't appear, you'll need to create it.
Creating a new Condition
From the main menu, click Settings, then under the Operations Heading, click Conditions.
From the Condition Configurations page, in the top-right corner, click Create Condition and a pop-up window will appear.
Type in the name of the Condition and click Create to save.
The Condition configuration page will now appear.
The condition name will be pre-filled into the Condition Name line but you can edit this as needed.
Select a colour and icon for the new condition. This is how the condition will appear when it is charted on the odontogram.
Tick all the areas/surfaces where this condition can be charted:
Tick if you would like the following options to apply:
Hide when resolved: the condition will be removed once completed.
Disables surface when charted: no other condition or treatment can be charted on the same surface.
Repeat icon across tooth surface: the icon will appear on the selected tooth surface.
Once complete, click the 'Save' button.
Editing a Condition
Search for the condition by typing it's name in the search bar of the Conditions page. Click into the name.
You will be taken to the settings of that condition.
Edit the necessary changes and click save
Deleting a Condition
Search for the condition by typing it's name in the search bar or by scrolling through the pages using the arrows on the bottom right.
Once you've found the condition, click into the name, scroll down and click delete.
