Access the Charting through the in-appointment workflow.
Click into the Charting tab.
There are two ways you can chart a condition:
Select the tooth surface/mouth area first and then select the condition.
Select the condition and then apply it to its relevant tooth surface or mouth area.
Choose your condition in the Add Condition (13) box by typing the it's name and pressing enter or scroll through all conditions.
If the Condition does not appear, it must be configured first in the Account Menu. Click to learn to Configure Conditions
You can also apply conditions to:
individual quadrants (9)
upper & lower arches (8)
the whole mouth (7)
