You can use Patient Tags to add tags to a patient's profile. Tags can be used to relay information related to a patient that you might want pinned such as "Anxious Patient."
You can also use tags for reporting. For example, you could tag a patient "InvisalignMKTG" and then run a report to pull all patients with that tag and include them in your Invisalign Marketing.
Steps:
1) In the Patient Profile, click edit.
2) The Update Patient box will appear. On the last line, you'll see Tags. Start typing the tag that you'd like to use. To search for existing tags, simply click into the line and all existing tags will appear for you to scroll through. Select your tag by clicking on it or hitting enter if typing.
3) The tags will now appear in the Patient Contact Box.
