To reschedule a practitioner's entire day of appointments, you'll need to first block out their book so no other appointments can be made for that day and then you'll need to reschedule all of the appointments that were booked in for that day as well.

Rescheduling the Practitioner's Appointments
To find all the patients booked in with a practitioner, you'll need to go into the practitioner's profile.
1) In the main menu, under Operations, click Staff. Then click into the practitioners name.
2) Choose the date you'd like to reschedule from the calendar icon on the right side of the screen.
3) You'll now see all patients booked for that day. You'll need to contact each patient to offer them a new spot.
4) Click into the 3 vertical dots next to the patient's appointment. Choose call, email or SMS to open that prompt. Write any relevant notes.
5) Open up the Timeline in another window or tab so you can see the appointments around the time you are scheduling for.
You can choose to find the appointment that you are rescheduling on the Timeline and drag it over to the most appropriate slot OR you can click the 3 vertical dots next to their appointment again and click reschedule.
6) The practice, practitioner, treatment and duration should pre-fill. You can change the practitioner if you'd like from the drop down menu.
7) The next available/best suited times will show up based on your filter criteria. Choose your appointment time, then click next.
8) Offer the waitlist and choose the appropriate days and times that work for them.
9) Include any tasks or notifications you'd like to send to the patient. Click next.
10) Confirm appointment by clicking save.
11) Repeat as necessary for the rest of the patients.
