Practitioner Dashboard

If you are a Practitioner, the Practitioner Dashboard will display every appointment and event scheduled for the selected day(s) in order. If you have morning huddle meetings, this is often the best way to go through your days appointments.

  1. Date of the appointments you are viewing.

  2. Use the arrows to go back or forward one day, use the calendar icon to select a day or date range. The home icon will return you today.

  3. Filters: You can choose to view between Appointments, Meetings, Gaps, Breaks, and Leave.

  4. Treatment Category (colour) of appointment.

  5. Time and Duration of the appointment.

  6. Patient Name, Profile Photo, Treatment, and Tags.

  7. Any alerts such as Unconfirmed Appointment. Appointments can be checked in and started from here.

  8. Actions Menu. Accessing the Patient Profile, quick contacting - SMS, email, call, Scheduling Notes, Adding Items to Pre- & Post- Checkout Checklist, Confirming, Rescheduling & Cancelling appointments.

  9. A Gap in the schedule. These can be clicked to access the waitlist allowing you to attempt to fill the Gap.

Action Menu

Clicking on the 'Action Menu' From 8. above will reveal a menu:

From the menu you can:

  • Navigate to the Patient's Profile.

  • Quickly contact the patient via SMS or email.

  • Bring up the patient's phone number and take call notes.

  • Add to scheduling or clinical notes.

  • Access the appointment waitlist settings.

  • Add items to the check-in and check-out checklist.

  • View or add to any automations related to this appointment.

  • Confirm the appointment.

  • Reschedule the appointment.

  • Update the duration of the appointment.

  • Cancel the appointment.

Appointment Card tour:

When expanded, the appointment card displays:

  1. Appointment Not Confirmed Alert.

  2. The Treatment the patient is booked in for.

  3. Access to Clinical, Social, and Scheduling Notes.

  4. Patient Details, including photo and personal details: age, birthdate, gender, account balance, and any medical alerts.

  5. Any Automations related to the appointment such as notifications and tasks will be listed here.

  6. View or add any Tags to the appointment.

  7. Pre or Post-appointment Checklists.

Once you click Start Appointment in the Appointment Card you will be taken to the In-Appointment workflow.
