When you are nearing the end of your patient appointment, you'll be able to communicate with the Front Office team the next appointment(s) that you'd like the patient to book in for without needing to walk out of your surgery.

Appointment recommendations will generate from the accepted Treatment Plan, and look similar to the card below where the Treatment name and duration will be pre-filled. This will appear in the Complete tab in your patient's appointment under section 3.

You can optionally include how many days from the current appointment that you'd like the patient to book in for.

The Front Office will see the appointment in bright red with the words "Must be Scheduled" whilst they are checking out the patient.

A full tutorial of how to conduct a patient appointment including scheduling next visits can be found here.
