1) From the main menu, click into Practitioner's Dashboard and find your patient's appointment. Click Start Appointment or Open Appointment on the appointment card (Bottom left).
2) In the appointment, click into the Charting tab.
3) From the Chart Type menu, select the Periodontal chart.
4) Your chart should now change to the Periodontal Chart below
5) Start entering in the values for the following in its appropriate location:
Free Gingival Margin (FGM)
Mucogingival Junction (MGJ)
Pockets
Furcation
Mobility
Bleeding
Suppuration
6) Alongside charting the patient's periodontal condition, write your Clinical Notes in the box in the bottom right.

7) To access Perio History, go into Patient Profile, click into Charting History and choose Periodontal Chart Type.
