Adding Items to the Check Out Checklist

Communicating action items to front office before patient checks out

Clinicians can communicate action items for the front office to complete at Patient Check Out such as - print medical certificate, gift Piksters, give pamphlet etc. They do this by adding items to the Check Out Checklist.

You can add items to the Check Out Checklist during the appointment or after the appointment.

First, you'll need to open the appointment.

Click into Practitioner's Dashboard and find your patient's appointment. Click Open Appointment button on the appointment card (Bottom left).

Adding Items in-appointment

1) In the appointment workflow, find the appointment type in the right hand sidebar.

2) Click on the 3 vertical dots and choose Add Checklist Item

3) Add your item and click save

Adding Items after the Appointment

1) Upon completion of the appointment, click the Complete Tab.

2) In Step 1 - Check Out Checklist, you will see any pre-configured check out tasks added. You can delete tasks that do not apply by clicking on the rubbish bin.


3) To add an item/s to the check-out checklist:

  1. Click onto the Add Item line.

  2. Write the description of task you would like the front office team to complete.

  3. Click the '+' icon and the item will be added.

  4. To delete the item, click on the rubbish bin icon.

4) Click Next to get to the next section.
