Moving Incomplete Treatment from Today's Appointment to the Next Appointment

If the practitioner is unable to finish today's appointment, they can move the unfinished treatment out of the appointment.

This means the unfinished treatment will not appear on today's invoice, but can be flagged to complete at the next appointment.

1. Click into Practitioner's Dashboard and find your patient's appointment. Click Start Appointment button on the appointment card (Bottom left).

2. Click into the tab Treatment Planning

3. Note the second column titled Treatment Plan. Make sure you see the blue icon stating Current. This is how you know that you are accessing today's appointment.

4. Hover over the 2 horizontal lines in the treatment that you did not complete. The mouse icon should change from an arrow to a 4 pronged arrow.

5. Click and drag that treatment back over to the first column Flagged Treatment. Make sure you drag it to the top of the column and a grey outlined box appears for you to drag the treatment into.

6. Your treatment has now been moved from today's appointment over to flagged treatments for you to complete at the next appointment.
