Using Follow Ups

Contacting patients that need to be followed up (Recall List)

The Follow Up list will contain patients who have cancelled, did not attend their appointment or chose not to book their next appointment.

You'll want to contact these patients to (re)book in their next appointment.

1) Click into Follow Ups in the main menu.

2) You can see their Name, Treatment Plan and when they were last contacted. Choose the appropriate patient and click the down arrow.

You'll be able to see their scheduling notes, and have context of their missed appointment and appointment history before you contact them.

3) Choose to SMS, Call, or Email them.

4) Based on their response, you can type notes in the text field and click add.

5) If they want to reschedule their appointment, click reschedule. Follow the prompts to reschedule their appointment.

6) If they do not respond or ask to be contacted again at a future date, click postpone. Select the date for their next follow up.
