The Scheduling History tab can be used to keep track of or find any scheduling events that have affected the given time period. These reasons can include Failure to Attend (FTA), Unable to Attend (UTA), Rescheduled by Practice, and as many more as you need.

This page is useful if you need to see what happened to an appointment if it was rescheduled or cancelled or if you are wondering why there is suddenly a gap in your timeline. The scheduling history page will show you where the appointment got moved, by whom and why.

You can configure the available reasons given for these scheduling events from the Rescheduling & Cancellation Reasons Settings Page.

Scheduling History can be accessed from the timeline via the History Tab at the top right of the page and will display scheduling events that either affect or happened on the day or days selected.

These events can be sorted by whether they happened on or affected the selected date(s):

You can also use the Event Type Filters to refine your view to any of the three event types:

You can also filter you results by any keyword, including the patients name, practitioner name, treatment name etc.:

Each event has a context meu with options to:

  • View the scheduling notes for the appointment

  • Open the patients Appointments Tab on their Profile

  • Show this appointment on the Timeline

  • Change the reason given for the scheduling change (FTA, UTA, etc.)

Scheduling notes will now display the scheduling history alongside any written notes allowing you to more clearly see the history of the scheduling of this appointment.
