Appointment History

Once you are satisfied with the appointments you have checked on the timeline, choose a few patients that have long appointment histories and head to their Patient Profile.

Navigate to the 'Appointments' tab and look back through the patients' appointment history:

Use the quick links at the top left of the Appointments Tab to jump between past appointments.

  • Make sure the dates and treatments of all past appointments are correct.

  • Check the Clinical notes for each past appointment, making sure they match between your old software and Principle.

  • Depending on which PMS we are migrating from, Future appointments may or may not have treatment details listed but the dates should be correct. (Treatment details of future appointments will be in the patients treatment plan if not listed here on future appointments.

  • Make sure the status of appointments is correct (Complete, Scheduled, Unscheduled)

If you notice anything missing or incorrect it is important to let your Principle rep know so it can be corrected before launch.
