Migration Checklist - Patient Details & Fee Schedules

The Next of the Migration Checklist is to ensure your patient details are correct and that the correct Fee-schedule is applied.

During the Implementation Checklist while you are setting up your new Principle workspace, you will have created copies of any Fee Schedules that you use within your old PMS. We will utilise the mappings during migration to ensure those schedules have been applied correctly to those patients who use them.

Choose Patients that you know utilise a specific Fee-schedule such as CDBS, DVA, etc. and open their Patient profile:

  • Check the patients details including, DOB, email, phone number, are correct

  • Make sure that the correct Fee-schedule has been applied.

Repeat this process until you are satisfied that all your patient details and Fee-schedules have been mapped correctly.

If you notice anything missing or incorrect it is important to let your Principle rep know so it can be corrected before launch.
