You can email a patient through the Receptionist Dashboard or through their Profile.
From the Receptionist Dashboard
1) In your Receptionist Dashboard, find the patient that you wish to email. If they are not attending the practice that day, you will need go to the date of their appointment and select the date from the calendar icon.
2) If they are attending today, head over to the patient's appointment and click on the three vertical dots on the right side of the appointment to open up the menu.
3) Click Email and the Email window will appear.
Type in your message and click send.
Through their Profile
If you'd like to email a patient through their profile you can:
1) Type their name in the search bar of any Principle page.
2) On the left hand side, click their email address under their name.
Or click Email in the contact card below.
3) The Email window will appear. Type in your message and click send. You may also chose to use a Snippet.
Note: Responses will be sent to the email address that is configured to the practice's Principle Account.
