Settings > Brand > Treatment Categories
Treatment Categories are represented by the colours displayed on the Timeline and Receptionist Dashboard and indicate the appointment type.
For example:
Blue = New Patient Exam
Yellow = Cerec
Red = Emergency
Create and Manage Treatment Categories
Principle includes some Treatment Categories by default, these can be edited and added to from the Treatment Categories page:
To create a new Treatment Category:
Click Create Treatment Category
Name the treatment category, choose the colour, click save.
Do this for as many treatment categories and colours as you'd like to have.
Now that you've created your Treatment Categories, you'll need to assign them to your Treatments.
Navigate to Settings > Brand > Treatments
Search for an existing Treatment using the search bar OR create a new one by clicking Create Treatment Configuration.
βUnder the General Heading of the Treatment Settings, find the Treatment Category drop down.
Choose the correct Treatment Category/Colour then click save.
Treatments added to Categories will appear on the Timeline and Receptionist and Practitioner Dashboards with that category colour.
